How to deal with stress ?

Stress is something that affects our concentration, mood and energy levels. Men face a lot of stress in their daily lives, such as career stress, financial stress, and relationship stress. Mostly we choose a fight-flight response. Our minds are constantly disturbed, we do not know how to overcome all our problems.
