In teenage years, young men suffer from many types of mental health issues which include Substance abuse disorder, masculinity problems, shame, self and group stigma, sex related issues, gender identity issues, relationship issues, peer pressure and many more. They don’t dare to share their issues with their close ones because of fear of what family and peers might think about them and they get used to withdrawing from close family. Having a counsellor who will listens to them without any judgement, provide unconditional support through their struggling emotions, guide them to a resolution and help them make health choices can be extremely beneficial for their growth and development.
